Vaccinations
Make sure that you have your vaccinations up to date. For more information on which vaccinations could be necessary please contact your family doctor or insurance company.
Participation
It is expected that course participants are attending the programme she/he enrolled for. Absence from education, arrangements and work stay do not justify for a refund.
National holidays
There’s usually no programme activity on national holidays.
Complaints
Please address the local coordinatort on site.
Insurance
Most health insurances do not cover you outside of Europe. Make sure that you take out private travel insurance.
Cancellation insurance
It’s advised to underwrite a cancellation insurance.
Responsibilty
EXIS acts as an agent for the local partners and cannot take responsibility for possible changes, which might have undertaken after the information material was published.
Misprints
We are not responsible for misprints or typographical errors.
Note
Even though EXIS always try to deliver the best possible service, you cannot expect European standards. After enrolment you will receive a handbook with tips, advice and other information. To make things work optimally, personal effort from the participants is expected.
Payment Conditions
Enrolment – deposit
Upon enrolment, EXIS will book a spot for you before sending a confirmation and invoice. A deposit is to be paid upon receipt of this confirmation. The remaining amount is to be paid approximately 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you enroll less that 8 weeks before arrival, the entire program price will be payable upon enrolment. If you choose to change work place or accommotion after arrival, a small fee is to be expected.
Cancellation
If for some reason you have to cancel your enrolment, the following fees are applicable:
If you cancel 8 weeks or more before planned arrival, you’ll be refunded the programme fee in full, less the deposit of.
If you cancel 4-8 weeks before arrival, you’ll be refunded 50% of the programme fee.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, we’ve already transferred the full amount to the local coordinator/host family/working place and therefore can’t refund you anymore.
We will however, try to make sure you can use the paid amount, in case you decide to join another programme within 12 months.
We strongly advise participants to take out cancellation insurance.

All prices are quoted in Euros unless specifically stated otherwise.
Price changes
EXIS reserve the right for changing the prices without further notice, in case of changed foreign currency or other circumstances, that are beyond our control.
